The pneumatic piston diaphragm regulating valve is composed of a diaphragm valve and a pneumatic actuator. It uses compressed air as the power to regulate the flow of fluid medium in the process pipeline.

Due to the structure of the valve body with corrosion-resistant lining and corrosion-resistant diaphragm, no stuffing box structure, the throttle element is an elastic diaphragm, and the flow channel of the valve body is smooth, so the pneumatic film diaphragm valve has small negative force, large flow, With the advantages of no leakage, convenience, reliability, fire and explosion protection, it is widely used in flow regulation of strong acids, strong alkalis, strong corrosion, high viscosity, grains, fibers, and toxic and non-polluted media in industrial automation systems.

The closing and opening of the diaphragm valve is realized by the pressure from the pipeline acting on the reinforced rubber diaphragm. When the pressure medium enters the control chamber of the valve, the diaphragm presses down and closes the valve passage. When the pressure in the control chamber is discharged to the atmosphere or the downstream pipeline, the diaphragm rises and the valve passage is opened. The valve has no valve stem, gasket, orienting seat, etc., and the only moving part in the channel is the diaphragm, so there is no corrosion and locking phenomenon, and it has higher stability.
